One-on-One Collaborative Advisory

Good for either law enforcement management - or - community leaders

This is a strategic partnership wherein we will work together in a collaborative advisory capacity, beginning with a deep dive session lasting between 90 minutes to 3 hours.

Group Collaborative Advisory for Senior Leadership

Good for either entire Police Departments or group community members
This are cohesive collaborative advisory sessions for senior leadership to enhance team dynamics and collective problem-solving.

One-on-One Collaborative Advisory

Strategic Partnership Services Personal Coaching and Leadership Development

*This option is good for either Community Leaders or Managers in a Police Department.

Objective: To empower the leadership through personalized, collaborative advisory for individual development.

  •  Personalized collaborative advisory sessions focused on paradigms, leadership, communication, and strategic planning.
  • Support for Leaders in navigating the complexities of their role, defining guardrails, and driving departmental transformation.
  • Identifying what’s going well in the department and the community as part of the initial assessment.
Group Collaborative Advisory for Senior Leadership

Similar to the One-on-One Strategic Partnership Services, this option is good for either Community members or an entire Police Department.

Objective: To equip the entire police department or community members with the skills and knowledge necessary for long-term community engagement and cultural transformation.

Foundational Courses for Management Staff:

  • Training on statesmanship, stewardship, and service principles, advanced leadership skills, communication skills, metacognition, mindfulness, and social-emotional skills.
  • Emphasis on creating a culture of empathy, collaboration, and mutual respect.

Community Engagement Workshops:

  • Joint sessions with police and community members to build trust and foster open dialogue.
  • Development of collaborative strategies for public safety and community wellness.

Outcomes:
