A single notion has the power to reshape our world

We started Project PACT to ignite a generational paradigm shift for policing wherein communities and police departments are empowered to heal, collaborate, and create the future of public safety and collective health and wellness.

We do this through providing resources, education, and training for personal and professional development, creating a culture that is life-giving to police department staff and life-saving to the community.

Our Core Values

We want to design a future where communities and police work together to create environments where public safety is not just the absence of crime, but the presence of aligned values, compassion, and joint responsibility.

Goodness Abounds and Prevails

We focus on uplifting and expanding what is being done right by local communities and police departments to enable them to develop equitable and empathetic solutions to current problematic practices and policies.

Transformation Begins with One

We espouse the idea that impactful change originates from the individual pursuit of self-discovery and self-mastery. It underscores the power of one person’s initiative to ignite a ripple effect, inspiring others and catalyzing broader transformation within communities, police departments, and beyond.

Strength Lies in Joint Accountability

We believe that police are part of the communities they serve, not separate from it. Our distinctive viewpoint enables us to harness the power of unity and collective action to strengthen and heal neighborhoods facing similar yet singular challenges. By working together, we can achieve far more than we ever could alone.

Service and Stewardship

We strive to exemplify that policing is a career of genuine public service. We advocate for a stewardship model where police officers are viewed as consensus-builders, embodying trust, heartfelt care, nurturing, and ethical and compassionate leadership within their communities.

Vulnerability Creates Connection

We foster relationships and bridge gaps to create a sense of belonging and interconnectedness throughout our communities and within our police departments, promoting understanding and compassion.
